There's no account manager and no hand-off to someone you've never spoken to. I'm there from the first look at your current site to the day the new one goes live, and after it, when you want a photo swapped or a price changed.
I work with local businesses right across Australia. Everything happens over email, phone or a video call, so it makes no difference whether you're around the corner or on the other side of the country.
I keep the studio small on purpose. It means every site gets real attention, and you always know who's looking after yours.
Why I build your homepage first.
Buying a website usually means paying for a promise. You look at a portfolio, sign off on a quote, pay a deposit, and hope that what arrives weeks later looks like the business you actually run.
I'd rather show you. Before you pay anything, I build your real homepage, with your name, your services and your colours, and send you a link to click through on your phone. If it's right, I build the rest. If it isn't, you walk away and it costs you nothing.
It's more work up front for me. It's also the most honest way I know to sell a website.

Most people meet you on a phone, so that's where I design first. The big screen comes second.
